M28 PROGRAM 2022

Please complete the following registration page in order to sign up for the 2022 M28 Program.

PAYMENTS:

The total cost of the program is $2580. This cost includes the mission trip to darwin in mid-2022 and all other program costs.

There are 2 payment options you can select from, “Payment in Full” and “Payment plan”. If you select the payment plan option, you will need to download the payment plan document and sign that you understand and commit to the payment structure laid. If at any point you have trouble paying per this plan, you can contact Emma Sibley and discuss your options with her.

If you would like to be involved in the M28 program, but are unable to attend the mission trip, you can select a different payment plan. The costs for this ($200) cover other program costs. If you decide at a later stage that you would like to go on the mission trip, we can swap you over to the total cost payment plan.

Please note, this is an estimated total program cost based on current figures. Our team will be doing everything possible to maintain our current budget, however, due to COVID restrictions and the constant changing prices of travel and accommodation, the program cost is subject to change. If there are extra costs involved, you will be invoiced at a later date and liable for this cost, however if we come in under budget you will be reimbursed any extra money paid.

You will need to pay a deposit or full amount at the end of this registration page, so please have payment details ready.
