A little about St Paul's Castle Hill
St Paul's is an Anglican church in Castle Hill with a long history of a vibrant youth and children's ministry, a growing seniors and young adults ministry, and an expansive music ministry through City Alight. We hold three services every Sunday with around 1100 adults and 150 kids in attendance - an 8am prayer book service, and then our 10am and 6pm services which are modern worship services.
Our staff team is around 30 people, including clergy, pastoral workers, creative, administration, and business management teams. Our St Paul's staff work together on the weekly ministries and come together for large events including missions and evangelistic opportunities.
Being a part of the St Paul's staff team in any capacity means working alongside a growing and gifted team of people in ministry for the purposes of God's Kingdom, engaging with our mission to use every opportunity to bring the Gospel of light to every household, every generation, and every community.
Our staff team are committed to making Christ known, and our strategy is to use every gospel opportunity to bring people to Jesus, build people up in Jesus, and send them out for Jesus.
