Special Needs
Jesus Club is our ministry for adults with an intellectual disability.
About 1 in 50 Australians are estimated to have some form of intellectual disabilities, yet they are one of the most unreached people groups in our churches today. Jesus Club is on a mission to make Christ known to more people with ID since 2006.

Jesus Club meets fortnightly
During school terms, we meet fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-9:00pm.
What happens on a normal night of Jesus Club? We have heaps of fun together – singing, dancing, hearing stories, sharing food, games, and a chance to make some new friends.
If you have questions about Jesus Club, or would like to register, please get in touch with our co-ordinator Julie Horgan.
Safe Ministry is an important part of how we care for vulnerable people
Anyone working with vulnerable people at St Paul's, (including children, young people, and those with a disability) has completed their Safe Ministry training. We take care to ensure all leaders have completed their initial training, and a refresher course every 3 years.

Jesus Club church is once per term
Jesus Club Church is an accessible church service with live music in a relaxed format to engage and welcome all – followed by delicious afternoon tea with barista coffee.
This is for our Jesus Club members, their family and friends, and anyone else who would love to attend a fun and relaxed service. It runs from 2-3:30pm in our CEC hall.
We’ll have lots of singing and dancing, a bible reading and short talk, prayers, and then plenty of time in community.

Our Children's Ministry team are here to help care for your child with special needs.
As part of Kids Alive on Sunday mornings, we have a team ready to provide care and support for your children as they participate in our program. We encourage you to reach out to our Children's Pastor Linda Stephens to discuss how we might best partner with you to ensure your kids are engaged and enjoying their time with us. This can range from providing social stories to walk you through our program, to having one-on-one carers available to be with your child during Sunday morning activities.
