2021 has been some year! All throughout this year, St Paul’s has remained committed to our mission to bring people to Jesus, build them up in Jesus, and send them out for Jesus – but the challenges brought by COVID-19 has meant we have had to pivot and change our plans on multiple occasions.
Unfortunately, we are at another one of those junctures. Due to multiple COVID-19 related compromises in our bands and production crew, and the need for them to isolate until (heavily delayed) test results come back, and the growing number of cases in the community around us, the Wardens and Senior Leadership have taken the difficult decision to cancel people coming onto the St Paul’s site for Christmas services.
Instead, we will be moving our services to online only.
We will be broadcasting a service, including kids elements, two times on Christmas Eve at 5pm and 8pm.
We will also be broadcasting one service on Christmas Day at 9.30am.
Just to repeat for clarity, the previously advertised on-site services on Christmas Eve at 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm will NOT be going ahead.
The previously advertised on-site services for Christmas Day at 7.30am and 9.30am will NOT be going ahead.
The previously advertised on-site service for 8am on Sunday 26th (Boxing Day) will NOT be going ahead.
The safety of our staff, volunteers and congregations is of paramount importance. We thank you for your understanding, and look forward to you joining us online to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus together this Christmas time.
