Giving

Why We Give

On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income’ 1 Corinthians 16:2

‘Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.’ 2 Corinthians 9: 6-7

Will you partner with us in our vision to bring people to Christ, build them up in Christ and send them out for Christ? If you are a regular member of our church family, we encourage you to prayerfully consider what you might give to the work that God is doing through St Paul’s.

St Paul’s Foundation Fund

What is the Foundation Fund?

The St Paul’s Foundation Fund was set up to receive funds for tax deductible purposes. For example, the Fund can accept donations for the St Paul’s Christian Education Centre (CEC) Fund to reduce debt or build new educational facilities.

Donations to the St Paul’s Foundation Fund can only be allocated to areas endorsed by the Australian Tax Office, in our case specific projects such as repairs and maintenance in the CEC, and supporting the music ministry of CityAlight.

General ministry work can only be supported by general giving and tithes which are not subject to tax deductibility.
