Our YA teaching night is coming up
What do we do With The Apocalypse? – The purpose of the book of Revelation for us today.
Monday 13th March, in the church CEC at 7pm.
We’re lucky enough to have Joel Hingston sharing from his treasure trove of wisdom.
Joel is a PhD Candidate at ACU, in The Book of Revelation and Monster Theory (don’t worry, we will ask him what that means).
Joel has spent most of the last decade teaching Biblical Studies and Theology, with a focus on The Book of Revelation, Apocalyptic Literature, The Synoptic Gospels, and the Johannine Corpus.
Joel has spent a considerable amount of time as a touring and recording guitarist with a number of well known teams and bands. Originally, Joel started out as a music teacher, before theology took him captive and ruined his bank account.
